Albert Reporting

See who has won instant prizes and keep track of Albert engagement levels

If you have admin permissions and you login to Albert on the web you will see a ‘Manage’ page in the top navigation. Here you will find all of the Albert reports.

The reports currently available are:

Instant Prize Winners

This report details all of the people who have won instant prizes during the selected time period.

  • Select a date range, last 7 days, last 28 days, last 12 months or custom.

  • The results will be detailed in the table and you'll be able to see the winners name their contact/account information, the prize they have won and the date/time that they won it.

  • You can export the report as CSV by selecting the Export CSV button underneath the table.

Usage and Success

This report allows you to keep track of Albert engagement levels and see what questions people have answered and how many they answered correctly.

You'll see some headline statistics at the top of the page under the filtering options, which are explained below. They will change based on the date range you select.

  • Select a date range, current month, previous month, a specific month/year, or a custom date range.

  • If you select a custom date range, the range limit is 31 days. You'll also see the option to enter an Answered by Date. The default will be set to 'todays' date. The date selected must be on or after the end of the selected date range.

  • If you'd like you can refine your results by region and location

  • The results will be detailed in the table.

  • Question Count - this is the total number of questions available to answer for the selected date range.

  • Unique Players - how many players have answered the questions scheduled for the selected date range.

  • Qs Answered Average - This shows how many of the questions in the selected date range users have answered on average.

  • Qs Correct Average - This shows out of the questions users have answered in the selected date range, how many they have answered correctly on average.

  • The table lists:

    • The names of the users who have played Albert during the month. You'll be able to see their contact/ account information.

    • The number of questions they have answered.

    • The % of questions answered out of the total number available for that month.

    • The number of questions they answered correctly

    • The percentage number of questions they answered correctly out of the total number that they have answered.

  • You can export the report as CSV by selecting the Export CSV button underneath the table.
