This Ocasta statement applies to Oplift and related services including Engage and Review.
This website is run by Ocasta Studios Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
change colours, contrast levels and fonts
zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

Customers can upload content in older PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software
Videos and streams may be uploaded by customers without captions

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
Currently the web site and associated mobile apps are outside of the accessibility regulations. The web site was created and last updated significantly prior to 23 September 2018 when the regulations came into force.
Mobile apps do not need to be made accessible until any major updates past 23 June 2021.
Disproportionate burden
No areas of the web site have yet been identified that would be a disproportionate burden to remedy for accessibility.
As the web site is reviewed this section will be updated if required.
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
PDFs and other documents
The web site does not currently make use of Word or PDF documents unless uploaded by customers.
Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.
Live video
We do not plan to support live video streams on this web site, however live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
An accessibility review has been scheduled as a task in our next major development cycle, which is scheduled to complete by the end of December 2021 for Review and end of March 2022 for Engage.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This website was last tested in September 2017. The test was carried out by internal staff sampling an indicative range of web pages.
Mobile apps were tested in September 2017, navigating through the app using a range of integrated Android and iOS accessibility aids.
