Allowlist of Domains Required for Ocasta

Ensure smooth operation of the Ocasta platform by whitelisting specified domains & email.

To ensure smooth functionality of the Ocasta platform, it's essential to allow certain domains. Below are the domains that need to be whitelisted:

Ocasta Domains:

1. <workspace>.oplift.io    (Replace <workspace>    with your specific workspace. You'll find this in your welcome email; it's the URL you use to log in on the web)
2. media.oplift.io    
3. 28rvwlrdblmd.statuspage.io    
4. status.ocasta.com    
5. gql.oplift.cloud    
6. clients3.google.com/generate_204    
7. cdn.oplift.io    

If you see Network Error it's likely your corporate network is blocking access to some of our domains.

Allowlist for Email Communication:

• oplift.io    
• ocasta.com    

Email communication will, including welcome emails, will be sent from these domains, hence it should be allowed by the mail server to ensure uninterrupted email delivery.

If your email address bounces a few times, it may be added to our suppression list to stop messages that can’t be delivered from impacting correct emails from arriving. Double-check that your email address is valid, or reach out to our support team and we’ll help get things sorted.
