How to Reassign an In-Progress Review to a New Owner
If you have the necessary permissions, you can now reassign an in-progress review to a different owner. This ensures that reviews don’t get delayed or stuck, even if the original reviewer is unable to complete it for any reason.
What Permissions Are Needed?
To reassign a review, you must have the Review-Manage permission. If you need assistance with assigning this permission to roles within your organisation, please contact the Ocasta support team.
How to Reassign a Review
- Go to the Analytics Page on the web.
- In the Current Activity section, locate the In-Progress report.
- Select the Review to Reassign: - Choose the review you’d like to reassign from the table.
- For recent reviews, you can select directly from the table, or use the filters to refine your search if needed.

- Once you've selected the review, it will open in the detailed view. In the top-right corner, click on the Reassign Review button.
- A pop-up window will appear. Type or search for the user you want to reassign the review to. Once you've selected the new owner, click the Reassign button at the top-right of the pop-up.
- The review will be removed from the previous assignee’s In-Progress list and will now appear in the new assignee’s list.
Who Can I Reassign the Review To?
You can reassign a review based on your Review roam permission level:
- Location-Level Access: You can reassign the review to any user within your location. The new assignee must also have permission to complete the review template.
- Regional Roaming Permission: You can reassign the review to anyone within your region. The new assignee must have a role that allows them to complete the review teamplate and access the subject (person or location).
- Roam Everywhere Permission: You can reassign the review to anyone in your organisation. The new assignee must also have a role that permits them to complete the review template and access the subject (person or location).
