👤 Scheduling for frontline users

Frontline users — such as store or regional managers — can use schedules to stay on top of what’s due and make sure everything’s completed on time.

How to spot scheduled reviews

Scheduled reviews show a 📅 calendar icon next to the template name on the start page.

You can also view all scheduled reviews under the Scheduled reviews tab.

Using the scheduled reviews tab

This tab shows all your scheduled reviews:

  • The most urgent appear at the top.

    Completed reviews are greyed out at the bottom.


By default, you’ll see templates for your home location. If your role includes multiple locations — such as regional or all locations — you’ll see a subject filter that lets you switch between them.

For each scheduled review, you can see:

  • Due date
  • Schedule summary- frequency & number of reviews
  • In progress
  • Completed count


Completing scheduled reviews

You can start and submit reviews until you reach the schedule limit for that period.

Once the limit’s met:

  • You’ll see a message saying “Schedule complete.” if you try to start a new review.
  • You can’t start or submit any more reviews for that subject during that period.
  • Reviews must be completed within the active period.
    • Example: You can’t submit a daily review that was started the previous day.
