Stay on top of work with Feed

Feed is your personalised work queue on the home page. It brings together the most important things that need your attention — so you can stop guessing and start knowing what to do next.

Instead of checking multiple areas across the platform, Feed surfaces the highest-priority items in one place. That means less time searching, and more time getting things done.

What is Feed?

Feed shows a live view of the work that matters most to you right now.

It pulls together:

  • Alert
  • Tasks (including overdue and due soon)
  • Scheduled reviews that need completing
  • Unread communications
  • Acknowledgements
  • Calendar events for today
  • Learning that needs action

Everything is prioritised so you can quickly see what needs your attention first.

Where to find Feed

You can access Feed from the home page.

At the top of the page, switch to the Feed toggle. This changes your view from the Radar (a general overview to a focused list of actions).

If you don’t see this option, it may not be enabled for your role.

How Feed helps you work smarter

Feed is designed to remove guesswork from your day.

Instead of asking:

  • What should I be doing right now?
  • What have I missed?
  • What’s most important?

Feed answers those questions for you.

See priorities clearly

Overdue items and urgent actions are surfaced first, so you can deal with what matters most.

Take action instantly

Each item links directly to where the work happens. You can open a task, complete a review, or read a communication in one click.

Stay on top of everything

Because Feed pulls from across the platform, you don’t need to check multiple areas. Nothing gets missed.

Permissions and access

Feed is controlled by permissions, so you can decide who sees it.

  • Enabled by default for administrators and account owners
  • Can be turned on for standard or custom roles

If someone doesn’t have access, they won’t see the Feed toggle on the home page.
