Save and organise your favourites

Favourites let you quickly get back to the content you use most.

Instead of searching for the same articles, courses, or reviews again and again, you can save them to a personal list and access them whenever you need.

What are favourites?

Favourites are a private list of content you’ve chosen to save.

You can add:

  • Articles
  • News
  • Courses
  • Reviews

Everything you save is visible only to you.

Where to find your favourites

You can access your favourites from the app switcher in the top left, next to your company logo. If you haven’t used this before, it’s because it was previously only available in certain Ocasta hubs — now it’s available for everyone.

To manage your favourites, select All  from this menu. This takes your favourites page. Select the Manage button to add or remove items as needed.

How to add a favourite

You can favourite content from anywhere in the platform.

To add an article, news item, or course, open the content and tap the favourite icon at the top of the page. Once selected, the icon will become highlighted to show it has been added to your favourites.

To remove an item from your favourites, simply tap the icon again.

For review templates, open the template and tap the three vertical dots to open the menu. From there, select Add to favourites. You can also remove a template from your favourites using the same menu.

All favourited items will appear in your Favourites list for easy access.

Managing your favourites

Your favourites list is flexible, so you can organise it in a way that works for you.

See your latest saves first

Newly added items appear at the top of your list, making it easy to find recently saved content.

Remove items

Keep your list relevant by removing anything you no longer need.

To remove a favourite, you can:

  • Open the item and tap the favourite icon to unfavourite it, or
  • Go to your Favourites list via the app switcher. Select All to open the manage page, where you can remove items directly from the list.

Why use favourites?

Favourites remove the need to rely on memory or search.

Instead of thinking:

  • Where did I see that?
  • What was that article called?

You can save it once and come back to it instantly.

It’s a simple way to:

  • Reduce time spent searching
  • Keep important content close
  • Stay focused on the task at hand

Enabling favourites

Favourites are optional and turned On by default.

If you’re the Account Owner and want to use this feature, you can enable/disable favourites in the Branding page in admin. You’ll find it under Other options on the right-hand side.
