The link in my welcome email no longer works

You may see an error like this when setting your password for the first time:

For security reasons, the welcome email link is only valid for 24 hours, so if you're seeing this error, simple follow the steps below to reset your password.


To reset your password open:

and enter your university email address.
Note: if it says that your email is not found, make sure you use your university issued email address, in some cases, you may have multiple email addresses for your university, Check the email section in your welcome email to see what account you should use. If you haven't received a welcome email, contact your university.

I'm being asked for a workspace URL, what is this?

If you're using an older version of the CAPSULE app, you may be asked for a
workspace url
as part of the login.

Simply enter learn as one word.
