How do I add a podcast to a news item?
Login to the admin, navigate to News in the side menu.
Choose an existing news item to add a podcast to, or create a new one.
Locate the 'Audio' section on the right-hand side of the news item page. Scroll down if necessary to find this section.
Click on 'Add File' and upload your audio file.
Once you've uploaded the audio file, update the content of your news item as needed.
Publish the news item to make it accessible to your employees.
How do I listen to a podcast?
Open the news item with the podcast you want to listen to.
Scroll down to the bottom of the news item page and you will find the podcast player.
Scroll to the bottom of the news and you will see the podcast added
Press the play button to start listening to the podcast.
Pause the podcast at any time using the pause button.
Use the skip forward or backward buttons to navigate within the podcast.
If you are using the Ocasta Engage App, you can manage playback using the native controls even when navigating away from the app.
