New scheduling for location reviews, plus more flexible task assignment
This release brings more control and flexibility to how you manage reviews and tasks. You can now schedule location reviews to stay on track with confidence and assign tasks to users outside your location for smoother collaboration. Plus, a few fixes and improvements to keep everything running smoothly.

đź§ Scheduling for location reviews
Scheduling for location reviews helps you plan, track, and complete essential reviews with confidence — keeping every store or location on track and nothing left to chance.
From daily checklists and store visits to inventory checks, scheduling keeps everything consistent and visible. Frontline teams can easily see what needs doing and when, while managers and head office can see progress in real time across every location.

Admins can set how often reviews should happen — whether that’s daily, weekly, monthly, or annually — and how many are needed within each period. Once they’re done, that’s it. No more submissions until the next cycle. It’s an easy way to stay on schedule and keep standards high, everywhere.
Every scheduled review is clearly marked and simple to find, so it’s always clear what’s due, what’s in progress, and what’s complete. That means your teams stay consistent and confident, ensuring nothing gets missed.

Note: Scheduled reviews aren’t supported on older versions of the app. You’ll still be able to submit reviews, but the new scheduling functionality will only work in version 2025.11 or later.
We recommend waiting at least one week before turning on scheduling. This gives the app release time to reach full rollout and ensures your teams have the latest version.
âś… Assign a task to users outside of your location
You can now assign tasks to users beyond your own location — like regional managers or support teams.
Previously, tasks could only be sent to users within locations you had access to, based on your roaming permissions. Now, there’s a new template-level setting that gives admins more control.
Admins can choose whether users can assign tasks outside their roaming permissions, and specify which roles can receive them. It’s a simple way to make task management more flexible and better suited to how your teams really work.
How to enable task assignment outside users roaming permission
Note: Tasks assignment to users outside roaming permissions won’t appear in older versions of the app. To use this feature, please wait until version 2025.11 is available to all users.
Just like with scheduling, we recommend waiting at least one week before enabling this feature to give everyone time to update.
