Sometimes things don’t run quite as they should, and clearing your cache is a quick way to fix it. You might also be asked to do this by one of our support team.
Here’s how to do it on the web:

Replace the word workspace with the name of your workspace.
Paste it into your web browser and press enter.
Your cache will then be cleared, and you’ll be logged out of the web app. Just log back in to continue.
