Albert questions are different ways of your staff answering multiple choice questions about your business to test and improve their knowledge.

What are the different game types?

Whack-a-Mole - tap the moles holding up the correct answer, but you need to be quick before they disappear!ย

Shootout - aim the ball at the correct answer and score a goal! โšฝ๐ŸŽ‰

Catapult - pull the arm of the catapult back to the correct answer:

Standard (Alberts Lab) - This question type does not involve a game. The question is presented on the screen and you have to tap the correct answer

The Claw - press A, B, or C and see the grabber move, itโ€™ll try and pick up the prize, grabbing it if you got it right. ๐Ÿ•น

Penny Pusher - at the top of the screen there are three slots with the answers, and you pick which slot A, B, or C to put the coin in. If you get the answer right watch the coins fall down and gain your XP! ๐Ÿช™

How do I add questions?

Each question will need to be assigned to a round. New Albert questions are made available to your staff each day so each round represents a day.

The easiest thing to do is to create your questions when creating each day's round. However you can create a catalogue of questions first then search through a list of existing questions in order to add questions to rounds.

How do I add questions not assigned to a round?

This option is useful if you want to create a backlog of questions for future use and are not sure which rounds they will be added to yet. When you tap Publish they will not be displayed in Albert. Only questions in rounds will be used.

  2. In the feedback box add your feedback

  3. After answering the questions the user can view the feedback by tapping on the question plectrum from the questions screen.

You can use any game type (except Whack-a-Mole) for surveys, simply mark all three options as correct which will ensure your staff get the full 250 XP whilst providing a quick pulse survey.

How do I answer questions?

  1. On the questions screen in the app you will be able to see the questions available for the current month. The screen will automatically zoom into the current date
