In the email please provide as much detail as possible. Here is some guidance of what to include:

iOS version
Description of the bug and steps to recreate it, if possible
Screenshots/video if applicable
When your email is sent through to us we will assess it and create a ticket in our system to fix the bug. This ticket will be connected to the support ticket, so you will receive updates on our progress and will be notified when it has been fixed. π
