Reassign In-Progress Reviews, New Kudos Report, and Performance Upgrades in this Months Release

In this release, you’ll find key improvements, including the ability to reassign in-progress Reviews in Review and, in Engage, a new Kudos Report for users with multi-location access to filter and export Kudos data by region and location. We’ve also implemented infrastructure upgrades to enhance performance and data security, delivering a faster, more reliable experience across all platforms.

Review

Change In-Progress Review Owner

If you have the necessary permissions, you can now reassign an in-progress review to a different owner. This ensures that reviews don’t get delayed or stuck, even if the original reviewer is unable to complete it for any reason.


Engage

Kudos report

If you have roam permissions, allowing you to view multiple locations, you will now see a new section called 'Kudos Report' in the Hall of Fame on the web. This feature enables you to select a region or specific location and view all Kudos handed out there within a chosen time period. You can also export this data as a CSV file to analyse in your preferred analytics tool.
