How can I see what Kudos I have handed out
Go to the 'You' page.
Select 'See All' on the top right hand side of the Kudos section.
The page will default show the 'My Kudos' list. To the right you'll see the 'Kudos Sent' tab. Select it and you will see a list of all Kudos you have handed out.
How can I see what Kudos have been handed out within my organisation?
All users will be able to see the 'Hall of Fame' 🎉 which shows all Kudos that have been handed out within your organisation.
To view the 'Hall of Fame'
Go to the 'You' page.
Select 'See All' on the top right hand side of the Kudos section.
The page will default show the 'My Kudos' list. To the left you'll see the 'Hall of Fame' tab. Select it and you will see a list of all Kudos handed out within 'Your Region'.
You also have the option to view Kudos handed out for just 'Your Location or 'All' Kudos handed out across your organisation.
If a user has permission to see multiple locations they will be able to an additional filter option 'Select Region'. This will allow the user to select the region they wish to see the Hall of Fame for from the dropdown.
Handout History for Admin users
If you are an Admin user you may want to see a more detailed breakdown of Kudos handed out and be able to filter the handout history to more easily find what you are looking for.
Go to the 'Mange' page.
Select 'Handout History' within the Kudos section on the page.
You can filter by 'Kudos' type, 'Date Range', 'Recipient' and 'Sender'.
At the bottom of the page there is an 'Export CSV' button if you need to carry out further analysis.
