Keeping your content up to date means your teams always have the right information when they need it. With review dates, you can set articles to be checked daily, weekly, monthly, every six months, or once a year — making it simple to keep content fresh, accurate, and trusted.
How to set a review date for an article
Go to the Admin.
Select Articles from the side menu.
Create a new article, or open an existing one.
On the right-hand side, look for the Content review section.
Choose how often you’d like the article to be reviewed — daily, weekly, monthly, every six months, or annually.
Scroll to the top and select Update to save your changes.
How to check and review content
From the side menu, select Content review.
Here, you’ll see a full list of articles with their review dates.
You’ll also see which ones are overdue, which are due soon, and who last reviewed them.
Select an article from the list to review it.
Once you’ve checked the content, return to the Content review section in the article.
Switch Mark as reviewed to Yes.
Scroll to the top and select Update again to save.
The article will now show as reviewed on the Content review page.
