Review dates for articles and task statuses in this months update

Updated yesterday

This month brings two big updates: set review dates for articles in Ocasta Engage and new task statuses in Ocasta Review. Plus, a sneak peek at what’s coming next.

Ocasta Engage

Set review dates for articles ⏰

You can now set articles to be reviewed on a schedule — daily, weekly, monthly, every six months or annually. This makes it easy to keep content fresh, accurate, and trusted, so your teams always have the right information at the right time.

In the admin, you’ll notice a new section called content review. Here you’ll find a full list of articles with review dates, showing which ones are overdue, which are coming up soon, and who last reviewed them.

Ocasta Review

New task statuses ✅

We’ve added two new task statuses: in progress and blocked. These sit alongside to do and complete, giving you more flexibility to show where tasks really stand.

If you’re waiting on something, simply move the task to blocked and leave a comment to explain why. Every status change is tracked in the task activity log, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Ocasta Support Upgrade 🤝

We’re updating our help centre and support tools next week to make things smoother for you.

Here’s what to expect:

  • The admin help widget can now suggest relevant articles and content for you and answer your questions quickly.

  • When you get in touch via our support email support@ocasta.com, you’ll now receive an automatic confirmation email so you know your message has reached us.

  • Replies to some older support conversations might not go through once the change is complete. If that happens, just start a new chat with us.

This update will give you a more reliable support experience. Thanks for bearing with us while we make the switch.

Coming soon

We’re working on scheduling for reviews. This will give employees a clear view of which reviews need to be completed and when, so nothing gets missed and teams can stay on track. More details to follow soon.
