In this month's update we’ve enhanced the Private Scratch Notes feature, enabling you to better organise your notes and photos within sections, as well as improvements to the Timeline report with new viewing options for longer-term reviews in Review. User engagement tracking has also been upgraded in Engage, offering more detailed insights and easier navigation through user data.
Review
Private Scratch Notes Enhancements
In last month's release, we introduced the Private Scratch Notes feature, allowing you to upload temporary images and make notes as you carry out a review. These notes and images are automatically deleted once the review is submitted. This month, we've enhanced this feature by adding the ability to organise your scratch notes into sections, with the option to include both images and text within each section.
Enhanced Timeline Report with Flexible Viewing Options
In response to user feedback, we've updated the Timeline report to support different review frequencies. Previously, the report displayed daily data one month at a time, which worked well for daily or weekly reviews. However, for longer-term reviews, such as quarterly or yearly, we've added a filter that allows you to choose between the following options:
Daily: Shows one month at a time (default option).
Weekly: Displays three months at a time for a quarterly view.
Monthly: Presents an entire year at a time for a yearly overview.

User Engagement Reporting Enhancements
Last month, we introduced a new user engagement area accessible through the Manage page on the web. This feature provides insights into how your employees are interacting with Ocasta Engage. By selecting a specific user, you can view detailed statistics on acknowledgments read, courses in progress and completed, and kudos sent and received.
In this month's release, we've added further enhancements to this feature. Now, when you search by location and select a user from the list to view their engagement statistics, you can easily cycle through the users in the selected location using the previous and next buttons in the top right corner of the page.
Additionally, we’ve introduced new statistics on the user engagement page. For any selected user, you can now view a Content section that displays the following information for the last 31 days:
Read Articles
Read News
Unread News
Unread Alerts
You can select any of these statistics to drill down further and see exactly which alerts, news items, and articles have been read.
Furthermore, you’ll now be able to see your own ‘My Reading’ section on the You page, which shows you a count of the articles and news you have read over the past 31 days.
