In this month's release, we have several enhancements, including new user engagement reporting capabilities that provide valuable insights into employee interactions with Ocasta Engage.
We’ve made the Latest and Timeline reports sortable for easier navigation and reintroduced private scratch notes for Ocasta Review, allowing users to upload temporary images and make notes during reviews. Additionally, we’ve improved the user experience for customers with multiple locations by enhancing load times and adding pagination to Review Analytics. Lastly, users can now download images from completed reviews on the web. Find out more below.

User Engagement Overview
We’ve introduced a new user engagement area, accessible through the Manage page on the web. This feature provides insights into how your employees are interacting with Ocasta Engage. By selecting a specific user, you can view detailed statistics on acknowledgements read, courses in progress and completed, and kudos sent and received.
Review
Make Latest and Timeline Reports Sortable
Recently, we added two new reports to the Review Analytics section on the web: Latest and Timeline. To make it easier to find what you need, we've added more sorting options.
For the Latest report, you can now sort reviews by:
Subject A-Z (Location or Person)
Date (Oldest to Newest or Newest to Oldest)
Score (Lowest to Highest or Highest to Lowest)
For the Timeline report, you can sort the timeline by:
Subject A-Z (Location or Person)
Number of Reviews (Lowest to Highest or Highest to Lowest)
These sort options are designed to help you quickly find the information you're looking for.
Private Scratch Notes
While completing a Review, we've re-introduced scratch notes. This feature allows you to upload temporary useful images and make notes as you go. All notes and images are deleted once the Review is submitted. This is designed to be a convenient tool to use on the app while a Review is in progress.
Better User Experience for Customers will a Large Number of Locations
We’ve enhanced the user experience for customers with many locations by providing faster load times when selecting a location to start a Review and implementing pagination for Review Analytics reports to ensure quicker loading.
Download Options for Review Images on the Web
When viewing a completed Review on the web, you can now download images to save them to your files and use them for other purposes. For example, you might need to send the images to someone who doesn't have access to view a Review.
