The Review Analytics section is accessible via the web and comprises valuable reports and insights into your organisation's performance and review history. This article will guide you through the available reports and assist you in maximising the analytics area for your reporting requirements.

The Analytics section is divided into two main sections: Reviews and Insights. Within the Reviews section, you'll find detailed reports on submitted reviews and engagement to gain an understanding of who has been actively performing reviews. The Insights section provides a deeper dive into the data, offering a summary of insights from specific review types from a helicopter view, then delving into specific locations or individuals to identify areas of excellence, improvement, and risks.
