Introduction to Review Analytics
The Review Analytics area is accessible via the web and comprises valuable reports and insights into your organisation's performance and review history. This article will guide you through the available reports and assist you in maximising the analytics area for your reporting requirements.
Sections within Review Analytics
The Analytics area is divided into two main sections:
Reviews
Insights
Current Activity
Reviews Section
The Reviews section offers detailed reports on submitted reviews and engagement. This part of the Analytics section provides an understanding of who has been actively performing reviews and the frequency and nature of these reviews. The reports available are:
History: A comprehensive view of all submitted reviews within a selected time period.
Latest: Information on the most recent reviews, allowing you to prioritise subjects for upcoming reviews.
Timeline: A visual representation of review patterns over time, helping to identify trends and areas needing attention.
Submitted By: Insights into user engagement by showing how many reviews each user has submitted.
Insights Section
The Insights section provides a deeper analysis of the data, summarizing insights from specific review types. This section helps you understand the performance of various locations or individuals within your organisation, highlighting areas of excellence, improvement, and potential risks. The reports available are:
Insights By Score: Breakdown of overall scores for each insight, offering a clear picture of areas needing improvement and areas performing well.
Insights By Section: Breakdown of scores for different sections of a review, helping to assess performance across various areas of your organisation.
Current Activity Section
The Current Activity section provides a detailed overview of reviews in progress within your organisation. You can monitor the status of ongoing reviews and see if they are nearing completion.
Accessing the Analytics Area
By actively checking the different reports and using the tools available in the Analytics area, you can effectively monitor and improve your organisation's performance. Each report provides valuable data that can be filtered to meet your needs.
To view the Analytics area:
Login on the web and navigate to the Analytics section via the top navigation bar.
By default, it will load the History report.
Select the report of interest and use the various filtering options to refine your results and focus on the most relevant data for your analysis.
Many reports offer data export options, allowing you to download and further analyse the data in your analytics tools of choice.
