How Can I Prioritise Reviews and Assess Performance Effectively?

The Latest Report allows you to select a Review template and view a list of subjects, either individuals or locations, that have or have not been reviewed within a specified timeframe. This functionality empowers you to make proactive and informed decisions about which subjects should be assessed next to evaluate performance effectively.

With the Latest Report, you can:

  • Identify Review Status: Quickly determine which subjects have been recently reviewed and which have not.

  • Prioritise Reviews: Use the latest data to decide where to focus your upcoming reviews.

  • Analyse Performance Trends: Evaluate performance trends over time by examining average scores and other key metrics.

How To Access the Latest Report:

  1. Login to your workspace on the web.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to the Analytics section in the top navigation bar.

  3. If not already open, expand the side menu and select the Latest report under the Review section.

Understanding the Latest Report

Review Metrics Overview: This section provides a snapshot of key review metrics based on the filters you have applied:

  • Review/ Subjects - This metric shows the total number of subjects (locations or individuals) that are possible for review versus the number that have actually been reviewed.

  • Reviewed - Indicates the number of subjects that have had a review completed out of the total number of possible subjects.

  • Average Score - Displays the average score of the reviews listed in the results table.

Review Latest Table: Below the metrics overview, you'll find a detailed table listing the most recent reviews for the selected subjects (locations or individuals). You’ll be able to see information including, the subject, Region, who submitted the Review, the date it was submitted and the score.

Filtering Options

To refine your results, you can use the filtering options available above the table.

Review Type:

  • Reviews can focus on either a person or a location. Choose to view latest reviews for all location review types or people reviews types, or opt for a specific location or person review.

Subject:

  • If you're viewing location-based reviews and have access to multiple locations, you can filter by region or specify a particular location. If you don’t have permission to view multiple locations, you'll only see reviews from your own location.

  • Similarly, for person-based reviews, if you have access to view multiple locations, you can choose to view reviews by location & region or by person (name) to see latest reviews.

Date Range:

  • By default it will be set to the last 28 days. You can select an alternative predefined range or enter a custom date range.

Submitted By:

  • You can search to see the latest reviews submitted by a specific person Start typing their name in the box or search for their name in the dropdown list.

Contains Tasks:

  • If you’d only like to see latest reviews with tasks assigned then select the Contains Tasks check box.

Sorting Options

For the Timeline report, you can sort the latest report by:

  • Subject A-Z: Arrange subjects alphabetically, whether it's locations or persons.

  • Date: Sort chronologically from Oldest to Newest or Newest to Oldest. Reports without dates will be listed first.

  • Score: Arrange subjects based on their score from Lowest to Highest or Highest to Lowest. Subjects without reviews will appear first since they have no score.

These sort options are designed to help you quickly find the information you're looking for.
