How Can I Identify Areas of Improvement and Success Within My Organisation?

The Insights By Score report shows a breakdown of overall scores for each insight, offering a clear picture of areas in your organisation that may need improvement and areas that are performing well.

How to Access the Insights By Score Report:

  1. Login to your workspace on the web.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to the Analytics section in the top navigation bar.

  3. If not already open, expand the side menu and select the By Score report under the Insights section.

  4. Select a Review Type in order to see the data.

Understanding the Insights By Score Report

Review Metrics Overview: The first section of the page provides an overview of key Review metrics, including the average score and average time taken to complete a Review, based on the applied filters.

Insights By Score Table: Below the metrics overview, you'll find a table that lists all of the insights for the selected Review Type and the overall score for each one. You can click on a specific insight to see the individual scores for each review where this insight was captured, and from there you can click to open the specific review if needed.

Insight ordering: You have the option to arrange insights either by lowest or highest scores.

Filtering Options

To refine your results, you can use the filtering options available above the table.

Review Type:

  • Reviews can focus on either a person or a location. Choose the Review type you’d like to view an overview for.

Subject:

  • If you're viewing a location-based review and have access to view multiple locations, you can filter by region or specify a particular location. If you don’t have permission to view multiple locations, you'll only see insight scores for your location.

  • For person-based reviews, if you have access to multiple locations, you can choose to view insight scores for Reviews carried out on a specific individual.

Date Range:

  • By default it will be set to the last 28 days. You can select an alternative predefined range or enter a custom date range.

Submitted By:

  • Search for reviews submitted by a specific person. Start typing their name in the box or search for their name in the dropdown list.

Exporting Data

If you need to share or analyse the review data outside of the platform, you can export the data as CSV.

  1. First you’ll need to select a Review Type.

  2. Apply any additional filters as needed.

  3. Locate the download icon positioned in the top right corner of the page, next to the share options.

  4. Click the download icon and the CSV will begin to download.

The CSV export will include the following details:

  • Date range

  • All Insights listed and the overall score for each Insight

  • The total number of Reviews for each Insight
