The User Engagement area, accessible through the Manage page on the web, provides valuable insights into how your employees are interacting with Ocasta Engage. This area allows you to view detailed statistics on:

  • Acknowledgements Read

  • Courses in Progress and Completed

  • Kudos Sent and Received

  • Articles Read

  • News Read and Unread

  • Unread Alerts

Please be aware that we are now exposing information that was previously only visible to head office teams with admin access. This includes data on who has read news items and articles. If there are any concerns about the sensitivity of this information, please contact us at support@ocasta.com.

How Can I See How Many Articles and News I Have Read?

For users who don't have access to the user engagement area you’ll now be able to see your own ‘My Reading’ section on the You page, which shows you a count of the articles and news you have read over the past 31 days.

You can easily see your reading history by selecting either Articles or News, and view a comprehensive list of content you've read in the last 31 days. Additionally, you'll be able to see the first and last read dates for each item, giving you a clearer picture of your reading activity.
