In this release, we've made several significant updates to improve your user experience.

For Review the new Latest Report allows for better tracking of reviews, helping you proactively manage performance for locations and individuals. Further enhancements to the Smart Task Assignment feature make it easier to find and assign tasks to the right individuals. We've introduced Secure Photo Mode to protect sensitive photos by ensuring they are not stored on devices.

Additionally, we've streamlined the image selection process in Engage for News items and Articles by separating profile pictures from the Media library, making it easier to manage and locate images.

We’ve added a new report to the Analytics area on the web. The Latest Report enables you to choose a Review template and view a list of subjects (either individuals or locations) that have and haven't undergone a review within a specified timeframe. This functionality empowers you to make proactive decisions about which locations or individuals should be assessed next to evaluate performance.

When completing a Review, you currently have the option to add photos by either taking a photo in the moment or selecting one from the camera roll. In some circumstances, you might not want users to store photos on their devices.

To address this, we have introduced an option on the Review template that allows users to only take photos in the moment, ensuring sensitive photos are not stored on devices. Additionally, this ensures that the photos are actually taken at the location of the Review, for example if you were completing a store visit and audit.

This feature is only available in the app. If you are completing a Review on the web, you will not be able to add photos to an insight; photos will need to be added via the app.

In the last release, we improved task assignment by displaying the most relevant individuals at the top of the list when assigning a task. This feature saves you time by making it easier to find the right person. For Person Reviews, the reviewer is listed first, followed by the individual being reviewed. In this release, we have enhanced this feature further. For Location Reviews, users in the selected location now appear after the reviewer. For Person Reviews, all users in the same location as the reviewee are displayed.

When creating News items and Articles, the current process of adding a picture involves uploading from the Media library. To enhance efficiency, we've separated profile pictures from the media library. This adjustment aims to make it easier to locate the desired pictures for adding to news and articles.

Profile pictures are now stored and managed on user profile pages in the admin. If you have admin permissions to manage users, you will be able to delete profile pictures.
