We’ve introduced a more efficient way to keep your team in the loop! Now, when you create a News item, you can opt to send a notification upon publication directly from the News creation interface, eliminating the need for a separate alert. If the news item is targeted, only the people who the news is for will receive the notification, ensuring relevant updates reach the right people.

Previously limited to email, you can now share reviews from your mobile device via any app of your choice. Simply tap on the share icon, and the native sharing prompt will appear, enabling you to share a review via platforms such as WhatsApp, Teams, Slack, and more.

When assigning a task, we now display the most relevant individuals at the top of the list, saving you valuable time searching for the right person. This includes the reviewer first, followed by the individual the review is about (for Person Reviews).

We've enhanced the user import process with a more detailed report, aimed at providing you with greater insights into any issues within the import file.

The updated report highlights warnings for various issues, including missing critical information such as usernames, locations, or roles, as well as discrepancies with existing system data like locations.

It also offers a clearer indication of the number of users successfully imported. This will ensure a smoother and more successful user import experience.

If you already have the Review and or Engage apps installed on your device, you will receive the updates automatically over the next few days. iOS users can also update now by visiting the App Store.
