How can I let a user access multiple locations?

Roam permission allows a user to see all published content, submit reviews for multiple locations and access reporting for all locations.

If a user has roam permission then on Engage they will be able to see all content (news, articles and alerts) even if it has been targeted to specific locations and regions that they are not themselves in or assigned. If the user has permission to view Engage reporting, they will also be able to see reporting for all locations, not just the one they belong to.

On Review a user with roam permissions can submit Reviews for any location, not just the one they belong to. If the user has permission to view Review reporting, they will also be able to see reporting for all locations, not just the one they belong to.

How do I assign roaming permission to a user account?

Only roles with the 'manage users' permission can assign permission to user accounts.

  1. Login to the admin.

  2. Go to the users tab on the left hand side.

  3. Search for the user you wish to assign the permission to and select the user.

  4. Tick the box next to the 'user can roam' permission.

  5. Tap 'update profile'.
