When carrying out a Review some Insights require a quick and simple answer, whereas others may require further detail to be added.

To increase efficiency, you can answer each Insight without having to tap into it. You only need to tap on an Insight if you wish to add further detail such as photos, notes or to assign a task.

If you accidentally select the wrong answer via quick entry on mobile or tablet, just tab on the insight and select 'Clear Insight' in the top right of the Insight tile to clear and start again.
