New home page 🏠
The new home page summarises your Review activity, so you can focus on what requires your attention. At a glance, you can see how many reviews you have in progress and how many you have completed. If you want to see further detail you can select either Reviews in progress or completed to see a full list of your Reviews.
All tasks you have been assigned are displayed in order of due date so you can prioritise tasks that should be done first. You can mark tasks as completed from the home page or click on a task to see more detail. Click on See All to access all of your tasks and where can use filters to see either open or closed tasks.
Improved UI across the app 👍
Your custom background colour and company logo will now display on all pages of the Android app, as it currently does on iOS and the Web. On the start page, where you can see all the reviews available to you to complete, the review icons now support custom icons and colours which means that the app maintains the look and feel of your brand across all platforms.
New search page 🔎
We’ve added a search page so you can quickly find submitted reviews of interest rather than scrolling through a list. You can filter by a particular location or user, specified date range, review type or Reviews submitted by a particular user.
Improved review completion journey 📝
We’ve improved the UI and the user experience when completing a review. When you start a Review you’ll now see an overview of the Review and the different sections. Tapping on a section will open up a view of all the insights within that section for you to complete. As you complete the Review, the insight tiles in the section header will become coloured to reflect the score.
Once you’ve completed the section, you can either swipe right to move to the next section, left to go back to a previous section, or return to the overview page. This allows you to complete the review in the most efficient way for you. Use the overview page as your focal point to see a summary of what you have completed, the scores for each section and which sections and insights you have left to complete.
