In this month's release we have introduced showing metadata on images in Review. We have also made software upgrades and fixed some bugs.

Review

Now Showing Image Metadata: Time, Date, and Location

To better support customers navigating through reviews containing photos that may not have been taken at the correct time or location, we now display the time, date, and location where the image was taken, if the metadata is available.

To see exactly where a picture was taken, click on the Show on map link. Note, this feature is currently only available on iOS and web. It will soon be added for Android devices.

Image Markup and Annotation

Also, if you haven’t already, please check out our new image annotations feature, which was released at the end of last year. Previously when uploading a photo in Review, it could be difficult to express specific details about the image. This made it challenging for users to articulate their points clearly. You can now draw and annotate photos, so you can always provide detailed and clear explanations to your frontline retail team.

Engage

Boost Efficiency and Focus with Integrated Calendar

Please check out the Engage Calendar, If you haven't done so yet. The calendar feature helps you to keep your organisation running efficiently and keeps your employees focused on priorities. You can create entries for key organisation wide events, activities and reminders which will be visible to all employees from the Engage homepage or via a calendar dash tile.

Coming Soon

We’ve got some exciting new features coming soon, including localisation so you can use Review in multiple languages. We’ve also been working on redesigning and improving Review reporting, which will be housed within a new Analytics page. We'll be revealing more details in the near future!
