Adding Photos to a Review

When completing a Review, you can add photos either by taking a new photo or selecting one from your camera roll. However, to ensure sensitive photos are not stored on devices, you can restrict users to only take photos in the moment. Additionally, this ensures that the photos are actually taken at the location of the Review, for example if you were completing a store visit and audit.

Setting Secure Photo Mode

  1. Login to the Admin

  2. Navigate to Review Templates

    • Go to Review > Review Templates from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Review Template

  4. Adjust Photo Settings

    • Below the icon settings, you'll find the option 'Allow gallery and uploaded images?'

    • By default, this is toggled to Yes. Toggle it to No to only allow photos taken in the moment.

  5. When this setting is enabled, users will only have the option to take a photo using their camera when they tap into an insight to upload a photo.

Note: This feature is app only. If you are completing a review on the web, you won't be able to add photos to an insight. Please use the app to add photos. Web users will receive a prompt to use the app for photo uploads.
