Feed — a clear view of what to do next, and more in this month’s update

This release brings everything your frontline needs into focus — from a clearer view of daily priorities with Feed, to more control over your branding, and faster ways to share the right knowledge at the right moment. It’s all about removing friction, reducing guesswork, and helping every user take action with confidence.

See what needs doing with feed 🧭

Feed gives each user a clear view of what to do next — all in one place on the home page.

It pulls together the most important outstanding items across tasks, reviews, communications, acknowledgements, calendar, and learning, so nothing gets missed. Users can jump straight from the feed into action, whether that’s completing a task or catching up on updates.

You can control which roles have access to the feed, and roll it out when you’re ready.

Manage your branding in settings 🎨

Account owners can now manage branding themselves — no need to contact support. A new branding section in admin lets you customise the welcome experience, platform look and feel, and key brand elements.

How to update my branding

You can link insights directly to articles in your knowledge base. So when completing your reviews your frontline has the context they need in the moment. Not just what needs doing, but how to do it.

How to link an article to an insight

Link directly to a step in a how-to article 📌

Copy a link to a specific step within a how-to article. Share the exact step someone needs, without the back-and-forth or the scrolling.

You can now add links and attachments — the same way you do in articles — so your frontline has everything they need in one place.

Links and attachments appear in a dedicated section at the bottom of each post, making it easy to find and act on what matters.

How to add a link or attachment to news
