Creating articles and news items just got easier. With AI, you can go from idea to ready-to-edit draft in seconds — saving time and effort while keeping you in control.
Here’s how it works:
Start a new article or news item.
Add a title and a few key points.
Click Generate and AI will create a draft for you to refine and publish when you’re ready.
Already got content in a PDF? Simply upload it and AI will turn it into an editable article for you.
And if you want to go further, you can let AI generate questions and tasks based on your article, turning it into course-ready learning material in just a few clicks.

How to generate an article or news item with AI
In the admin, go to Articles or News in the sidebar and create a new one.
On the right-hand side, select Generate article. A pop-up will appear.
Choose whether you want to create from text input or a PDF.
If using a PDF, upload the file.
Enter a title.
Pick the article type.
If it’s instructional, tick the option to include structured how-to steps.
Add a rough word limit.
Choose a target audience (e.g. “customer service staff”).
Add any key points or extra requirements you want AI to cover.
Click Generate.
AI will create a ready-to-edit draft for you. Make any changes you like before publishing.
How to generate learning content from your article
Open your article and scroll to the Learn content section.
Choose whether you’d like to generate tasks or questions.
Select Generate tasks or Generate questions.
Enter how many you’d like. AI will suggest options for you to review.
Pick the ones you want to keep, then edit if needed.
Once happy, publish your article.
To use the questions or tasks, remember to add the article to a course.
