You’ll find all the reporting for News, Articles and Alerts in one main area called ‘Manage’ on the web. This is only available to admin users.

The reports give you an insight into the following:

Select the report you’d like to view from the list and you’ll be able to apply filters such as a custom date range and view statistics for a specific location.

Most reports can be exported to CSV so that you can continue to analyse the data in your favourite tool.

Pulse offers detailed insights into the performance of your news posts. Select Pulse from the News section in Content Reports, then search for and select a news item from the dropdown list. You will see the date and time the post was published, along with the total unique reads since publication.

A visual graph displays readership trends, with read counts broken into 15-minute or 1-hour intervals. You can choose the interval you prefer from the dropdown in the top right corner of the graph. By hovering over a column on the graph, you'll see the specific time and number of reads for that interval.

This report helps you make data-driven decisions, allowing you to optimise the timing of your news posts for maximum engagement.
