Users will only appear on the leaderboard if they have been assigned to a location.

Go to the Admin and navigate to 'Users' in the left hand side bar. Check that the user in question has been assigned to a location. Once the user has been assigned to a location they will appear on the leaderboard as soon as they answer a question. Their previous score will be accounted for 🙂
