Here's a summary of what's in the latest release for each app and links to help articles if you'd like to find out more.

Engage

View the Hall of Fame for a specific region

If a user has permission to see multiple locations, they will now have the option to select which region they want to view the Hall of Fame for.

Users who don’t have permission to see multiple locations will only be able to see the Hall of Fame for their region.

Clearer Kudos messages and rewards

We’ve improved when you open a new Kudos to make the kudos message and any reward easier to see.

Revision history for Articles and News

In the Admin, when editing Articles and News, you can view the revision history in the Publish section. This feature means you can keep track of what changes were made and what was deleted in each revision, as well as who made the changes.

You also have the option to compare any two revisions and restore previous versions if needed.

Review

Add notes, tasks and photos for a KPI insight

When completing a Review that contains a KPI insight type, you can now select a KPI insight to add additional information, including notes, photos and tasks.

Albert

Delete Albert questions in draft or scheduled

We’ve added the capability to delete Albert questions that are in a draft or scheduled status, which should help keep the admin more organised. You won’t be able to delete published questions but can still edit them.

Bug fix for summary figures shown on Usage and Success report

The summary figures shown on the Usage and Success report, which can be found on the Manage page on the web, are now calculated using the whole dataset (accounting for any filters that have been applied) rather than just the first 100 results.

Admin

The Permissions section has moved

To edit user permissions and create new roles, you will now find the Permissions section under Users rather than under Options in the left-hand menu of the admin.

Please contact us if you have any questions.
